2. After we process your order you will receive another notification with tracking information which may take 3-4 business days (Monday-Friday).

3. After your order is processed and picked up by shipping carrier it may take another 3-4 business days (Monday-Friday) to arrive.

4. You can also choose 1 Day Express shipping at your own expense which is not covered under free shipping program however it doesn't change our normal processing time.

5. We usually ship via USPS priority mail and if you don't receive your package within 10 business days of placing your order please e-mail us at and we will be more than happy to promptly resolve your concern.
